For The Body:

The SuperGuy Academy’s Personal Fitness Instructors will lead you safely through the following activities:

• Health Assessment – To determine your current fitness level.
• Strength Training – A chance to build those muscles.
• Cardio Training – Get that heart and lungs pumping.
• Team Games – A chance to have some fun and to put your competitive instincts to the test.
• A Healthy Diet – A talk about the importance of a healthy diet and nutritional advice.
• Grooming and Styling – Hints and tips on how to dress and appear stylish, modern and confident from the SuperGuy Academy’s Image Consultant.

*Surf’s Up Dude – For all of the Newquay based Bootcamps, a Surf lesson with a leading local Surf School will also be included in this price.

In the meantime, you pay for the telephone coaching via PayPal. The next step is to call SuperGuy at the agreed date and time. Each coaching session last for a full hour and only costs £39. Calls are to a standard UK landline number and no premium rate call charges are incurred. The number of sessions required with SuperGuy will be discussed at the initial FREE consultation, but rest assured that SuperGuy’s armoury of tools and techniques will ensure you reap the benefits and achieve the positive results in the quickest time possible.
